I’m Lee Roberts, owner of PostNet Cornelius (NC108). I built ReviewPilot around the challenge I faced in my own center. I knew with confidence that we were consistently delivering great service to our customers, but that wasn't resulting in Google review growth.
After 25 years in business we were sitting at an anemic 49 reviews. That wasn't acceptable to me so I set out to come up with a system for consistent review growth and that's what lead me to create ReviewPilot.
After a year of running this program on my own center we added over 100 new 5-star reviews to our Google Business Profile! With the success shown by our center, I started offering to implement the system for other center owners and they had similar results. At that point I knew I'd created something really huge!
